Attorney chatting with clients

What makes our team unique? Our case managers share a 24 hour on call phone, so you can reach them if there is an emergency after hours. We welcome any opportunity to collaborate with you, your family, and the professional advisors (like your attorney, CPA and financial advisor) you rely on. We also have expertise: Fleming & Curti has provided case management services for more than twenty years and our firm and members of our case management team hold fiduciary licenses issued by the Arizona Supreme Court.

Sometimes having a little extra assistance can improve someone’s quality of life and create opportunities to live independently. The case managers at Fleming & Curti work with clients, beneficiaries and their families to set up customized care plans and systems that are thoughtful, workable and tailored to a budget.

Our case management services are available to individuals who name Fleming & Curti as Trustee or Agent under Power of Attorney. We also help people who just need some project-based case management assistance, like coordinating a move to a new home, or coordinating care after being discharged from the hospital. Our case managers offer consultations and working as a team, Fleming & Curti is a resource for family members and loved ones in emergencies, times of change and when planning for the long-run.

Care managers can:

  • Ensure bills are paid timely;
  • Coordinate home repairs and maintenance;
  • Oversee care providers, living arrangements, and coordination of care after a hospital stay;
  • Coordinate a move to a new home or community setting;
  • Collaborate with caregivers, friends, and family;
  • Help obtain medical records and schedule medical appointments;
  • Arrange transportation, pet care and travel.

Our practice and several team members including most case managers and attorneys hold fiduciary licenses from the Supreme Court of Arizona. Every care management case is unique as each person requires different services to meet their needs. Our goal is to help you find a care plan that is right for you.

Come by our office for a cup of coffee, meet our dogs and lets chat about what we can do for you and your family.
Fleming & Curti, PLC was very helpful as both legal counsel for our elderly Aunt’s Trust and as Health Care Power of Attorney. Both Legal Counsel and Case Worker’s were transparent and responsive to family inquiries.
