She joined Fleming & Curti, PLC in May of 1997, after having worked in law firms since 1984. Kathy is certified as a legal assistant by the National Association of Legal Assistants.

Kathy’s interests outside of the office include hiking, target shooting, her dogs and the outdoors. She has two children, Courtney, a Wildlife Biologist, and Colton, who is a multi-talented musician. Kathy’s husband, Brent, is a pastor, and they spend most of their freetime with church-related activities. They have been married since 1989![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”2387″ img_size=”140×210″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_outline”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]KATHLEEN FOSS, Legal Assistant, was born and raised in Tucson. She joined Fleming & Curti in May of 2011, having worked in the legal field for over 20 years. Kathy spends most of her free time with her family, including her three children, her grandson, granddaughter and great niece. Halloween is Kathy’s favorite holiday and this means that the month of October is always full of surprises. Kathy is also the Betty Crocker of the office, bringing lots of homemade treats to share with her co-workers.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”2315″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_outline”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]HEIDI HAUSCHILD, Legal Assistant, handles probate matters and property administration for all types of cases. That puts her in touch with real estate professionals, appraisers, and all manner of different types of assets. She thrives on the diversity: one of her previous jobs was teaching English in Budapest, and Heidi still loves to travel.

Her surname is just coincidental — she’s not related to anyone else in the office. Paula is a lifelong advocate for animals, serving for many years on the board of The Humane Society and as past volunteer for a big cat rescue foundation, serving as the night feeder, enclosure builder and companion for lions, leopards, tigers and cougars. She also a member of the National Organization for Women. Her favorite philosophy is that it takes three things to get along in life: “A backbone, a wishbone, and a funny bone”![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”3950″ img_size=”140×210″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_outline”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]ASHLEY COOPER, Legal Assistant, wears a couple of hats at Fleming & Curti. Primarily, she handles Trust Administrations for the firm. Ashley joined Fleming & Curti in August 2017 and also has previously worked in Finance. She spends most of her free time with family, friends and her two dogs. Her and her family enjoy traveling, finding foodie spots, live music, rollerblading or biking, and checking out antique shops.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
