KATHY KREUZER, CLA, Senior Legal Assistant, is a native Tucsonan. She joined Fleming & Curti, PLC in May of 1997, after having worked in law firms since 1984. Kathy is certified as a legal assistant by the National Association of Legal Assistants. She is also a member of the Tucson Association of Legal Assistants.

Kathy’s interests outside of the office include hiking, target shooting, her dogs and the outdoors. She has two children, Courtney (who you can learn more about on the Financial Staff page) and Colton, who is a multi-talented musician. Kathy and her husband Brent have been married since 1989!


KATHLEEN FOSS, Legal Assistant, was born and raised in Tucson. She joined Fleming & Curti in May of 2011, having worked in the legal field for over 20 years. Kathy spends most of her free time with her family, including her three children, her grandson, granddaughter and great niece. Halloween is Kathy’s favorite holiday and this means that the month of October is always full of surprises. Kathy is also the Betty Crocker of the office, bringing lots of homemade treats to share with her co-workers.

SUSAN KELLNER, Legal Assistant, is primarily responsible for will and trust signings, and handles the “funding” of trusts once signed.  She has been working at Fleming & Curti since October 2006, and in the Tucson legal community since 1977. Natives of Tucson, Susan and her husband of 30+ years, Joe, have two adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and a granddaughter. Susan and Joe enjoy movies and traveling, and are home improvement junkies.

HEIDI HAUSCHILD, Legal Assistant, handles probate matters and property administration for all types of cases. That puts her in touch with real estate professionals, appraisers, and all manner of different types of assets. She thrives on the diversity: one of her previous jobs was teaching English in Budapest, and Heidi still loves to travel.

In her free time Heidi enjoys hiking, camping, organic gardening, home improvement projects and has recently taken up Zumba. Her most time-consuming activity outside of work is helping her daughter, Amelia, with her various activities including playing violin and riding horses.


GABRIELA MENDOZA-STORM, Legal Assistant, was born in Sonora, Mexico, however, has lived in Tucson most of her life. Gabriela has worked in the legal field for over 20 years.  At Fleming & Curti, she is responsible for scheduling all new appointments and keeping track of the attorneys calendars.  She is a proud mother of two children, Yesenia, a student at the U of A and James, presently at Tucson High Magnet. Outside of the office, Gabriela loves the outdoors, cooking and gardening. Gabriela is also fluent in Spanish.
