7/7/2008: Arizona Legislature Rewrites Trust Law Effective in 2009

The Arizona legislature adjourned for 2008 on June 27 — but not before adopting a number of new laws that will have some effect on seniors and those with disabilities. One sweeping new enactment, the Arizona Trust Code, will not become effective until January 1, 2009 (most laws will take effect on September 26). That will give lawyers, accountants and their clients a few extra months to get used to the changes. > Read the whole article
